Long before either could drive a cart, Charles Proveaux was teaching his two sons the game, on cameras so slow you could barely make out the clubhead. There was no facility yet, no high speed cameras or advanced video analysis. Just a father who loved golf, and two sons willing to hit the same shot a hundred times.
It worked. Cody became the No. 1 ranked junior golfer in the country, won the AJGA Rolex Junior Player of the Year and the Junior PGA Championship, and went on to play Division I golf at Clemson. Caleb played collegiately at the University of South Carolina, finished with a scoring average that ranks in the top 10 in program history, then turned professional and competed on the Korn Ferry Tour.
Today, all three Proveaux's teach out of the family’s indoor facility, the same way that produced that outcome the first time. Now though, they get to share a state of the art facility decked out in the latest high-speed cameras, the best video analysis tools available, and a Trackman setup.

Self-taught and endlessly patient, Charles teaches fundamentals: posture, path, and a swing that returns square to the ball. He’ll show you as many times as it takes. His students come for the relationship as much as the lesson.

The Facility
The academy operates out of an indoor hitting bay equipped with a Trackman launch monitor, high speed cameras, and V1 video analysis. At its core, it’s the same setup the Proveaux boys grew up on, but elevated with the latest technology.
Long-term, the family is clearing land for a driving range and two additional indoor hitting bays, with the current studio converting into a dedicated putting lab.
Whether you’re eight years old with a cut-down 7-iron or fifty with a club championship on your mind, there’s a Proveaux coach built for where you’re starting from.
